Can I register an existing trading account?
It depends on the broker and the state of the account. As a rule, please register a new account opened through our referral link.
When is cashback added to my balance?
We import the IB report once it is final and add the cashback to your balance. Please check each broker's payout cycle.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
By default it is 100 USD (100 USDT). You can request any amount within the withdrawable balance shown in your member account, in steps of 0.01 USD.
Which withdrawal methods are available?
At present, USDT (TRC20) only. We send 1 USDT for every 1 USD to the receiving address registered in your member account. If you use an exchange deposit address, select TRC20 (TRON) as the network. Funds sent to an address on another network (such as ERC20) may be unrecoverable.
Why is my balance in US dollars?
Because the commission brokers pay us (the IB commission) is in US dollars. We add it to your balance as it is, without converting it to yen, so no exchange-rate setting can change the amount.
How do I receive referral rewards?
A referral reward, at the configured rate, is added to your balance for the cashback earned by members who signed up through your referral URL.
