Three tiers

Tiers are evaluated on the 1st of each month (Japan time) and set that month's reward rate. Silver and Gold apply only when both conditions are met.

  1. Starter

    5% reward rate

    No conditions. You start here as soon as someone signs up through your referral URL.

    $100 of cashback earns you $5

  2. Silver

    6% reward rate

    • Confirmed cashback of the people you referred averages $1,000 or more per month (last 3 months)
    • 5 or more qualifying referred members

    Both conditions must be met

    $100 of cashback earns you $6

  3. Gold

    7% reward rate

    • Confirmed cashback of the people you referred averages $5,000 or more per month (last 3 months)
    • 15 or more qualifying referred members

    Both conditions must be met

    $100 of cashback earns you $7

Worked example

When $100 of cashback is confirmed for someone you referred, your referral reward by tier is:

They still receive the full $100. Their cashback is never reduced.

Refer in three steps

  1. Copy your referral URL

    Your personal URL and QR code are on the Referrals page of your member area.

  2. Send it to your trading friends

    Ready-made messages for LINE, X and blogs are included. You always send them yourself.

  3. Earn as their cashback is confirmed

    Once they sign up, register the trading account opened through Tokubaku and trade, a referral reward is added to your balance (USD) every time their cashback is confirmed.

How evaluation works

Monthly average
The total confirmed cashback of the people you referred in the 3 calendar months (Japan time) before the evaluation date, divided by 3. Cancellations are deducted in the month they are recorded (netted across everyone you referred; a negative total counts as zero). If you joined less than 3 months ago, the total is divided by the number of months elapsed, counting your sign-up month.
Qualifying referred members
The number of referred members whose confirmed cashback, after cancellations, was positive in the 90 days before the evaluation date. Sign-ups alone do not count, and several accounts of one person count as one.
When it is evaluated
At 00:00 Japan time on the 1st of each month, using only records confirmed before that moment, we set that month's reward rate. The rate is decided by the tier of the month in which the referred member's cashback is confirmed (not the trade date). A month's tier never changes afterwards.
Moving up and down
Meet the conditions and you move up from the next month. You only move down after falling short of your current tier 2 evaluations in a row (the first time is a grace month). Any month that meets the conditions resets the count.
What counts
Only the confirmed cashback of people who signed up through your referral URL (direct referrals only). People they refer, deposits, trading profit or loss, and sign-ups alone do not earn rewards.
If cashback is cancelled
If a referred member's cashback is cancelled, the related referral reward is cancelled for the same amount that was credited.

FAQ

Does the person I refer get less cashback?

No. Referral rewards come out of our share.

Do I earn anything just for a sign-up?

No. When a referred member's cashback is confirmed, 5–7% of it is credited to you as a referral reward.

When and where is the reward paid?

It is added to your balance (USD) when the referred member's cashback is confirmed. You withdraw it the same way as cashback.

Can I refer myself or my family?

No. Self-referrals, referring family members living with you, and referring accounts you control are not eligible. See the Terms of Service for details.

Where can I see my current tier?

On the Referrals page of your member area: this month's tier and rate, the next evaluation date, and how far you are from the next tier.

Please note

  • Referral rewards depend on the trading and confirmed cashback of the people you refer. No income is promised.
  • When you refer someone, tell them it is a referral link (you may receive a reward). Misleading promotion, search ads using our name, and unsolicited messages are prohibited.
  • Misuse of referral URLs, self-referrals and false registrations are not eligible.
  • Margin trading such as FX carries a risk of losing your principal. Cashback is not a recommendation to trade.
